At Abound Culture, every item is made to order just for you. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment company, to produce and ship your apparel with care. Because your products are created after you place your order, shipping times are slightly different than traditional retail.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been produced.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Delivery times vary by destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at aboundculture@gmail.com.
We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We'll work quickly with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no additional cost.
